Hi Support Team, Is there any chance to reorder more customer support time if needed? What are the additional costs? Regards

Hi Andre, the pricing for item support depends if you extend or renew and it's a percentage of the plugin's price. This guide provides more explanations how the price is formed: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

Hi! Is the price only for one page or can I use it in more than one website? Thank you.

  • Avatar
    Support Team

Hi Isaac, you can use the plugin on website and the booking form on multiple pages from the same website. According to Envato’s rules, you can use one license only on one domain.

    Hi Bookly,
I am using the trial version for the past week. I love the interface and already built-in functionality. I have 2 key points that will determine if I can use this for my business:
1- My business works the other way around. my staffs book appointment with my customers(These customers would have registered in my system through my own registration form and I want to sync that to Bookly).
2- Both my staff and the customers should be able to view the calendar in the front-end.
Please advise if Bookly can be adapted to this.

    Thanking you in advance.
    Flubert.

You need to allow the plugin to be used on a live production domain AND a staging or dev domain. Most serious, paid-for plugins offer this feature. Resent having to pay twice to proceed professionally with developments using your plugin and add-ons.

@james don't be such a cheapskate. Use a free alternative if you can't afford it.

    Hi, Flubert
It's hard to say if Bookly will meet your expectations without knowing all the details of your business booking process. I advise you to generate your personal demo version including all add-ons to see if Bookly suits your needs. Please, enter your email in this field and click the "configure" button: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/"
Regarding your second question, yes, both your staff and customers will be able to see calendar in the front-end during the booking process.
If you want them to manage their bookings and to see their own calendars, please check Bookly Staff Cabinet add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003349989-Staff-Cabinet-Add-on and Bookly Customer Cabinet add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005099314-Customer-Cabinet-Add-on

    Hi, Pylon
Bookly plugin can be used on a live production domain and a staging or dev domain if you set a dev site in a subdomain or directory of the main site. For example ab.example.com, a.example.com, b.example.com, example.com/bookly-test - it is covered by one license.
But if you want to install Bookly for example to domain.example2.com - you need an additional license for it.

@julia Appreciate that now, but that wasn't an option for me at the time, so I had to work in MAMP locally.
