Last minute bookings at staff level.

question abaoy Last-minute bookings!!!
I can set in GENERAL TAB how late before the actual appointment do I want my clients be able to book.
In SERVICES I can specify this value for every single service..
The question is: can I set this value at Staff level, define how late before the actual appointment for every single staff member, because some of my staff members are always in the office and this value is 0, they can offer the appointment now, but others late 2h to come to work and If they don't have appointment, they don't come
