Guiding walking tour booking
Hello,
Background
I have two different types of tickets for Adults and Children, Tour has maximum of 15 persons at a time.
3x tours daily 9am, 12pm and 3pm. Both tickets are different prices. I provide one type of walking tour service.
My query
I'm trying to setup my booking system to allow adults and children bookings to fill the 15 spaces on any of my daily tours. If one booking comes in with 3 adults and 4 children for a 12pm tour, then there should show 8 free slots available for any other persons to book in, but I'm finding the available slots are not available (shown greyed out and unselectable).
Can anyone here guide me in the right direction to solve this issue, I'm new to bookly and so far have purchased the following add-ons :-
- Pro version
- Group Booking
- Cart
- Stripe payments
Any advice or guidance you can give will be most welcome. Perhaps you have managed to setup a similar system and can instruct me on how you did that.

P.S. I'm in the Bookly sandbox and activating add-ons alot but getting no further in solving this conundrum.

Hello Stephen,
Currently, Bookly doesn't support adult and children prices within one type of service. You will need to set up different services if you wish to sell them separately.
The Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) allows to set the service capacity for a staff, but it will take into account only one type of service, two or more services cannot be combined to show the common capacity of the time slot.
