I have availability on the back end but the calendar shows that date is fully booked
Hi there,
I have been using Buckley for sometime now.
However, on some days, even though I have availability, there are no slots available on the front end calendar.
The other dates are working.
If somebody does click on one of our slots and doesn’t book, how long does it take for it to appear as available again please?
Because I feel this is the issue as we don’t have enough booking to block out the date.

Please check the staff schedule and days off/vacation on the employee profile. If the issue persists, create a support ticket and we'll look into this matter.
