Appointment Notes for Client
We've recently moved over to Bookly as a tuition company and finding the booking process incredibly easy to work with. One thing that is missing is the ability to add notes to a previous appointment that the client (or in our case the parent) can see.
Adding feedback to an appointment / lesson is an important thing that we do and I'd love to be able to integrate this with Bookly rather than add in another system (particularly as the parents have been complimentary of the user portal).

Currently, this is not supported. Private internal notes of the appointment can be visible to the staff/admin only.
Support Team could you at least give a light of another possibility that could be used in this case, I have seen several users needing the same functionality and every time I read it is the same answer, is there not a secondary option? Holly Billinghurst considering the timing of the question, how did you solve this?
