Another person's name and email problem
When I try to log in to the site and make a trial appointment, there is another person's name in the name-surname section and a phone number in the telephone field. this has been happening for the past week. didn't exist before. Also, notification e-mail was coming in previously booked appointments, but not anymore. Â this has been happening for the past week. didn't exist before too.

Regarding another person's name, this can happen when you're trying to make another appointment being logged in on the website with your WP credentials. Try to log out and check again. Also, this may be cache.
