Hi Rodrigo, a customer can retrieve his password by using the WP standard functionality. In case he will use an incorrect username or password he will redirected to a new page where he can use the "Lost password" option.

Hi Denis, this is another problem and maybe a new suggestion, I think that if you guys provide a custom login form is really bad redirect user to default admin login screen if they type the username or password wrong!

Why do not provide a custom login form that validate the login in the same screen, and also the remember password option combined with the same layout!

Bookly uses WP's functionality so this is reason the user is redirected to a different page when he doesn't fill in the correct details.

Though we'll add in the future releases for the {login_form} code that can be added in the details step (appearance menu) and it will contain a lost password option in the form.
