Is it possible to set status to Pending for customer-requested appts on the front-end booking form, but set status = Approved on the back-end when a Staff member is creating the appointment?  

I ask because I've noticed some Staff occasionally miss changing the status from Pending to Approved when they make an appointment for a customer.

    At the moment, this functionality is not supported, this setting is global for both ends.
