Not sure what plugins I need

For a lawfirm website we're looking into using Bookly Pro.  Following are the requirements.
- The user must be able to chose between 30 min or 60 min
- They need to be able to chose between a video-chat or a face-to-face office meeting.
- The user will then get an option between the dates and times specified by what the lawyer configured he's available that week (every week is different)
So every week he wants to enter the timeslots for which users can make a booking in.
- The user can then pay online (I think Mollie is probably best here)
- If the payment succeeded, an email is sent to the user and to the lawyer for his agenda.
  In case of a video-chat the email to the user and the entry in the agenda should have the details for the video-chat.
  In case of a face-to-face office meeting it should contain the location details for the office.

Am I correct I need following?
- Bookly Pro
- Bookly Service Schedule
- Bookly Mollie
- Bookly Custom Duration

Am I missing any plugins I would need to have above functionality?
Is there a plugin I would not need from above?

Especially the possibility to each week enter timeslots where users are allowed to make bookings in I'm not sure if that's supported and with which plugins.
Also the customized responses based on the type of meeting I'm also not sure if that's possible.
