Loyalty programme

Hey,

we would like to have bookly provide a coupon or discount based on amount spent in prior appointments eg: we accrue a dollar for every $10 spent or similar and when it reaches a threshold, say $$100, the client gets offerred the coupon or 10% discount during checkout.

 

I’ve read the info on current coupons, group discounts etc but cannot see how this could be configured - except if we monitored their spends and sent them a coupon manually.

  • Hello Robert, currently automatic monitoring of the client's appointments history and spendings for generating coupon codes or discounts is not supported in Bookly.

    However, from time to time you can use the SMS Campaigns feature, there is a filter by total sum of payments when you compose your list of recipients. Please read more here https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/get-started-bookly-sms-mailing-campaigns/

    we are searching for a similar Bookly add-on that would bring a true loyalty function and not only offering discounts on the amount of services booked in a single step or a permanent discount based on a customer group.

    What we would like to implement is a program that rewards either amounts spent or number of bookings. For example, if a clients books 10 services they will be get the 11th for free or discounted or receive a gift card or get qualified for a VIP customer group for a certain amount of time with extra services/ discounts/ etc.

    So basically a qualification program based on customer booking data.
    SMS campaigns seem to use such algorithms but we don't want to use SMS and need a true loyalty program.

    Is there any chance that you will offer a customer loyalty module that potentially incorporates existing functions but on a more flexible and data based way?
