assignment of employees does not work

The self-assignment of employees does not work and it only works when the employee's schedule coincides with the available time slot. This function is absurd and should work based on the contracted service instead. Right now, imagine you have 10 employees and you want to assign them to each service in numerical order. Well, all the services will be assigned to employee 1 because they still have free hours. This should be assigned in order, regardless of the hours. Can this be done? Thank you.

  • Hello,

    You can use the Providers preference for ANY option to define the rule of staff members auto assignment when ANY option is selected and enable also Pick random staff member in case of uncertainty option at the service level.
