Bookly Double Booking Glitch - Collaborative Services
I'll do my best to explain this so it makes sense. I run a recording studio and Bookly seemed to solve an issue I had with the collaborative services extension. I have several engineer's that are available to book, but I only have two studio's available & they all use each of them. Simple enough, I created several services for 2-6hr recording sessions, then created a new "employee" for each studio and tied them together so when someone book the time slot, that room becomes unavailable as well as the engineer they selected.
For the first month or two, everything was running perfectly. Then I updated a few things, and added the WooCommerce payment option so I could use a more user friendly booking form as well as a better payment gateway for the customer. Ever since adding WooCommerce to it though I've had a problem with double bookings.
Instead of it just booking the (collaborative) service and the engineer, it will book two (and once three) engineers and bypass the "employee" designated studio. This bypasses the original idea of using the "studio employee" to block out time slots and has led to double bookings in the same room, at the same time, which also leads to me having to reach out to the client, try to explain the situation, and find another time slot that works for them & the engineer.
Has anyone else had this problem, and if so found a solution? It's beginning to happen more and more frequently and I'm starting to looking to other booking plugins if this can't get resolved! I've done my best to go through each service created, and each employee's settings to see if it's something on my end and everything looks correct & the exact same as when I first put it all together. Any input would be greatly appreciated because I am at a loss!
