setting different service time for different staff members
Hi, some of my staff members need more time for some of the services than other staff members do. I.e. Staff member A needs 20 min for service 1 and 40 min for service 2 where staff member B needs only 20 minutes for both services.
I've read about the Service Schedule add-on but I think this will be a problem when Staff A and B want to start service 2 at the same day and time, since Staff B will be booked voor 40 min as well instead of 20 min. I mean, only B needs 40 min, A can do it in 20
Is there a way to be sure Staff member A is booked for 40 min and B is booked for 20 when service 2 is selected, even when both staff members start at the same time?

Currently, this is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
You will need to create new service/s for the described scenario, as there's no option to set up a custom duration for the service that will be linked to the staff member.
