Concurrent services per staff member.
Hi, Im wondering if this is possible to configure.
Basically I have 3 services
I need Each staff member to be able to have an appointment for either service 1 or 2 and also simultaneously available for Service 3.
Service 1 Capacity 2 per hour - Purchasing
Service 2 Capacity 1 per hour - Purchasing
Service 3 Capacity 1 per 30 mins - Collection
Service 3 needs to be available simultaneously with Service 1 or 2
I currently have a separate purchasing and collection staff member created for each employee, But mistakes have been made when marking special days or days off on both settings.
Is it possible to consolidate this into one staff member and have concurrent appointments.

Hello. If a staff member is already occupied with an appointment (service 1), they won't be available for service 2 or 3 at this time via the booking form. However, admin or staff can add a concurrent appointment via backend calendar.
