Books or room reservation limitation
Hello,
We have a beauty center and came across Bookly which seems a very good plugin to use.
i;ve tried the demo account and found out a lot of great features which we need, such as the following:
- Session name to be chosen (and i need to specify the duration of each and every session so it get booked in the calendar)
- i only have 3 rooms (so i can't have more bookings at the same time slot)
- choose which therapist will be working
- adding the therapist duty time in the system so i can make sure he is attending and not book a session for a therapist who is on off.
The issue i'm facing is the rooms reservation, is there a way in the system to insert this information that i have 3 rooms so the staff or customers don't book more than 3 reservation the same time? and to name the room number for our staff in the backend or to be shown in the calendar?
this is a very important thing for us.
