New Customers > Bookly Booking > Woo commerce Orders > Auto Account Creation
I'm a bit confused on account creation. I'm experiencing a scenario where wp-users are not being assigned to bookly users? On my end I have to do this manually?
For example:
A user goes through the form and books 1 or more dates. After the completion of the booking the user is then redirected to woocommerce cart, where they are prompted to make payment. After completion bookly does not assign the customer to the appointment automatically, for some reason I have to go into bookly Appointments and assign a wordpress user to the booking.
Why is this happening?

Please make sure you enabled Create WordPress user account for customers option in Settings > Customers.
