Can't checkout

Hi everyone, when booking and checking out on our website (BOOKLY and WOOCOMMERCE), we consistently receive the same error message, preventing the booking from proceeding. When checking out with other products, this works fine, so I suspect there may be a conflict with the bookly plugin. Can anyone help?
