Create an appointment from a Task
hey,
I'm using the Tasks addon which is very helpful. My workflow is that customers request an appointment without specifying a date and a staff member choses a date and schedules the appointment. That works well but the UX of selecting a date from a Task is quite cumbersome.
The user (staff member) has to first un check the `Skip time selection` and the enter the exact date for the appointment without seeing the calendar. So basically the staff member has to guess where are the available slots. It would be much better if the staff member could pick a time slot using a calendar
Is there a way to do this?

Hello Jan,
Thanks for your feedback. You can try the following setting:
Settings > Appointments > Displayed time slots > Only appropriate slots. This setting allows you to set which time slots are visible when you create appointments via backend. If you set 'Only appropriate slots', the system will offer only available time slots, in the same way as it works on the frontend.

that works better .. even though it would still be nicer to see the entire calendar view :)
