How to create group appointments, where individuals can sign up to one slot at the same time?
Like yoga, or choir meetings.
Do I need Group Booking Add-on or Customer Groups?
From my understanding Group Booking Add-on allow a group of people that know each other, to book a group meeting with me. Customer Groups however seems to be the management feature from the back-end.
I would appreciate any advice.

To start accepting group bookings, you will need the Bookly Group Booking (Add-on).
You are right that Customer Groups (Add-on) is made for administrative tasks and setting specific limitations.
