Custom Fields and multiple issues
Hi - I am having a few issues with Bookly
First and foremost, my booking does not advance past the details page (which utilizes the custom fields add-on). My client is not happy.
Troubleshooting led me to discover:
1. When the Custom Fields plugin is disabled, the custom fields show up on the live booking/appointment form anyway as if the plugin were enabled.
2. TheCustom Fields version I had was outdated : 3.3 and the changelog says you are at 3.9. I was only able to download v3.8 from Themeforest. Plus, why didn't I get an update notice?
3. There is no place to insert the Custom Fields purchase code in settings. It used to be there.
4. In "appearance >> details" there is no check box to turn Custom Fields on and off.

4. We removed this option from the Appearance section, because now the custom fields visibility is controlled in the Custom Fields section by toggling an 'eye' icon.
