Bookly not saving licenses
Hi,
Everyday, when I log into my admin site, I find that the purchase codes for Bookly Pro and addons need to be re-entered and saved. The plugin closes down bookings and closes access to any of its data through the site until the puchase codes have been re-entered.
In the meantime, the plugin has not sent any notice that the plugin has stopped working, so I have to discover this by chance.
I have two questions:
1. What could be causing this issue? Do you have any ideas for me to check?
2. Why does the plugin shut down completely. I bought the plugin through envato and as far as I know anything from Envato should be working whether the purchase code is plugged in or not. Why is this not being adhered to?
In any case, the plugin is useless at this stage. I'll have to go with a pirated version (because it's more reliable than the paid version) until I can receive either an answer to fix this or find other booking options.

Hello Drew, this may happen if you're entering Bookly admin panel from another (additional) domain name or IP address, for example 185.5.249.23\wp-admin. The system detects such attempts as license misuse. Our technical department can help with resolving this issue.
