Can anyone help?

Bookly has removed all previous bookings from our google calendar and every new booking for the last week has been removed from the calendar. All of the bookings that were made and paid for by the customer, under those customers names in bookly it shows 0 appointments and 0 payments, when we have received the booking email from bookly and the payment has been received, it was showing on the calendar this morning and now it has removed them?

Also any new customer that book (as I did a demo test) enters them in the calendar as a booking even if they do not pay and click back before payment confirmation and even if they do pay, the customer record is 0 appointments and 0 payments?
