Placeholders/shortcodes not working in bookly done page

WP admin > pages > edit: I inserted {service_name}, {appointment_date}, {appointment_time} in the page. When i completed a test booking the done step page did not reflect the values of placeholders.

Also values do not reflect in bookly > appearance > done.

  • Hello Michael, these codes will work if you use them in the Appearance section > Step by step form > click on the underlined text to edit. We checked the reported behavior and everything works well on our end.

Please see detailed instructions here: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212178149-Classic-form-Step-by-step-booking-form

  • 1. I used the correct shortcodes in appearance > done:... see screenshot attached. The values are not reflecting here https://www.malama.net.au/final-done-step/

How can i make the values reflect in frontend of our website page?

    2. Does bookly have a paid subscription for faster support replies?

  • Hello Michael, it looks like you have a custom final step URL page, correct? Please note that Bookly placeholders don't function independently from the booking form.

    2. Does bookly have a paid subscription for faster support replies?

  • During the payment process the 'Done' step is not displaying. After the 'Details' step it redirects me back to the start of the payment 'Service' step. How can i make the 'Done' step display?
