Staff and Service Schedule Conflicts.

Hello and thank you for your help in advance. I have a confusing situation I cant seem to work it out. So many areas where time slots and schedules can be made they are all starting to blur for me and I cant find a solution. I will do my best to explain.

  • I have a tour operating business.
  • I have 1 staff member (driver). 
  • I have multiple services (tours).

In settings I have setup:

 

In Services (Tours) I have tried setting these days as the same.




Here is a test I tried under the Staff (driver) schedule.

 

As a result, the calendar shows the correct times.. HOWEVER...

 NOW... Here is where it gets strange, Under the Staff Member (driver) I added new times, and I havent changed anything else... 

This is the result.... It doesn't show the Saturday.

 

It keeps doing this if I don't have it set as 9 - 5. I don't know what setting is wrong. I have the staff set up as Unlimited Working hours, assigned to all services. I even tried changing the service time for Saturday to be the same as the staff on Saturday, but it still didn't work.

Any Advise?

  • Hello. The issue may happen if your service duration doesn't match the staff working hours (availability) on Saturday. If that's not the case, please create a support request here and we'll look into this matter.
