Bookly calendar to show all provided services like a course plan

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a sandbox that suits my needs, but so far I haven't found a solution with bookly. Maybe you can guide me or give me some tips that will help me.

I would like to display a weekly calendar to my customers. Every week there is the same course on the same day of the week at the same time.

Is there a way to display such a calendar with bookly? It is then a calendar for the services and not, as possible, for the appointments.

    Hello Thomas,

    Please check Bookly Search and Services booking forms: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/13696749367058-Modern-booking-forms. With these forms, customers will see a calendar and when select their preferred date, they will view available services and staff members (staff selection can be hidden) for that day.

    To control the service availability, you can adjust the staff schedule only for required days, or use the Service Schedule (Add-on). Please refer to this article for more info: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/set-specific-booking-days-times-service/

    thanks for your reply and the provided information.

    I had tried both forms as well.

    My use case is slightly different from your examples. I would like to offer a course (service) at a specific time of the week for customers to enroll in. With the service form this is possible with a few adjustments, e.g. I only had to make the trainer available for exactly this time slot as you mentioned above and thus create a new "trainer" for each course.

    It would be nice to have a weekly calendar in which all services are shown at once, i.e. a timetable like shown below

     

    Is this possible?

    Currently, this appearance is not supported in Bookly.
