SMS not sending

We have all the notifications set up and enabled and the CRON job is set up per the documentation but the SMS are not firing on approval of the appointments. The tests work fine but the notifications SMS do not.

  • Hello Joe,

    1. Check the default appointment status in Settings > Appointments.

    2. When editing the notification template, ensure the appointment status at which the notification is sent matches the default status.

  • The default was set at pending so changing the notification to fire at pending worked. Can you not then get it to fire only when it's approved?

    You can enable two notification templates:

    • Notification to customer about pending appointment (sent when appointment status = Pending)
    • Notification to customer about approved appointment (sent when appointment status = Approved)

  • Need help with SMS Notifications sending.
    From what we see, everything is enabled but when we book an appt or try to send out a text appt manually, it does not send. Under the sms details it come up under failed. There is money in account. It use to work until recently. Emails are being sent.
    Please send help.

  • Hello you awesome guys,

    me and the customer have been super happy with your Plugin. However, there are no Emails being sent nor SMS. I tried to send test SMS which are fully charged but not reaching the customer. This problem is existing since about 14 days now. I followed the steps you mentioned above without success. 

    Do you have a internal problem and do not communicate it? I need a quick fix for that as the customer is escalating.
