Calendar appointment
I want the full appointment (Which often has several services) to be shown as a booking in the calendar, not every service by itself.
I have cosutmers that book several services in one appointment, and I get several appointments and emails instead of a single appointment including several services.
Is this possible, and where do I change it. And How do I change it, what is the correct value?
I have the Outlook, Chain appointment, Files and Custom fields addons. Am I missing any one?
The Files add-on is worthless as it is, the attached file is not included either in the email or the calendar. Which means we have to log in to Bookly calendar to watch the attached file, which removes the idea of the Outlook add-on. Please fix!

Hello. If you're using the Chain Appointments (Add-on), all booked services in the Calendar section will be displayed separately. However, you can enable a combined notification for the entire booking – use the {cart_info} code in relevant templates (New booking combined notification) when configuring automated messages in the notifications area.
Currently, the uploaded files are accessible in the reservation details within the Bookly admin area only.
I only use the booking part, not the payment/cart part. The customer has to pay after the work is done so it is only the booking part that is used. Does the {cart_info} work when setting up the calendar part too?
It should be up to the systemowner to decide where the attached file goes. As it is it’s useless to an iphone user and technician when it can’t be used simply on the field. As stated, please fix!
Hello,
The {cart_info} code works in email notifications even if you are not using the Cart feature. It is available with all add-ons where combined notifications can be used. This code includes the booking summary table in the email.
