double check before "cancel or approve" an appointment using URL shortcodes.

It would be great to have an option to confirm  the action of "cancel or approve" an appointment using the url shortcode in the email. This will reduce much mistakes and tension.

yes indeed. instead of instantly cancel the booking it would be very usefull if the customers gets to an url where confirms the cancellation and enters can enter a reason (optional)

I can't believe that a simple feature like that not exist yet... basic of basic in javascript: https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/met_win_confirm.asp

Absolutely agree. We've been having random cancellations lately where the customer hasn't cancelled but Bookly has just done it itself. Don't know if a confirmation step would fix this but can't hurt.

Hi, I found a schortcode {cancel_appointment_confirm_url} but I don't find any information how to configure and use it. I tested it in confirmation mail for appointment cancel link creation but appointment were cancelled without any confirmation as usual. Where was my mistake? Thanks in advance!

I am also struggling with this

If my clients click the cancel link in the email then I don't know how to configure the page to allow them to cancel and add a reason

If the click cancel from an appointments list its immediate wheras I would love an "are you sure" pop up to happen...

Needs to be done as I have been experiencing the same issues as Jason Runnquist, random cancellation of bookings without client initiation.
