Error bookly automatically overwriting customer names
Hello, I use bookly for our company on the homepage. Customers can book appointments. When customers call who don't have their own email address, we book them into the calendar with our email address (via the frontend). The following problem arises here: Bookly overwrites all customer appointments or customer names that we previously booked. The last customer name we booked will then be used for all appointments that were booked via our email address. How can we get around this? Looks like a system error...

I am having the same issue. Our agents booked some services for some clients that were on the phone, then sudendly, a lot of other bookings started to show the name and details of this new client, on furture and past bookings.
The weird thing is, email confirmations are going to the right addresses (new clients) but their bookings are showing the random customer name Bookly decided to use.
It has become unusable as customer location addresses, Names and other information are all the same now.
Also, The company want to use the form to book the clients by themselves, for internal use, not evailable for public. So They need to login with their account to wordpress to access the booking form. But when im trying to Test the form while on my account and Enters the Customer First and last name, then, in Appointments I see my Name in Customer name, and Customer name not visible anywhere.
I understand that this is done cause some users what to pre-populate User's that are currently logon to Wordpress, to make it easier for them, but that should be the optional in the settings.
