Selected Providers in Edit Service Screen Do Not Added Upon Saving

Hi. Creating a new service or duplicating an existing service, I will edit the service to select either all or individual providers. The toggle is selected. Upon saving the changes, the service defaults back to ‘no providers selected.’ In the Providers set-up, any new service is grayed out.
