How to exclude staff members or services from bookly form

Hi, 

My current logic is set-up this way: 

Staff

• Taxi1 week
• Taxi1 weekend
• Taxi2 week
• Taxi2 weekend
• Taxi3 week
• Taxi3 weekend
• Van1 week
• Van1 weekend

Categories:

• Area 1 week
• Area 1 weekend
• Area 2 week
• Area 2 weekend
• Area 3 week
• Area 3 weekend
• Area 4 week
• Area 4 weekend

Services

• Area 1 - 1h
• Area 1 - 1h weekend
• Area 2 - 1h
• Area 2 - 1h weekend
• Area 3 - 1h
• Area 3 - 1h weekend

I would like to make a page with only the Taxi available in the form, and another page with only the Van available in the form. Is this possible by adding something to the shortcode?

something like this for example? [bookly-form category_id="2,3,4,5"]
