Festival Tickets Issue
Hello,
I just created a website that is releasing tickets once a year. Imagine that like 1500 persons are joining the website in 5 minutes when it's released and they are trying to buy one of the 150 available tickets. I've set this up with timeslots, but when someone clicks on a timeslot that someone else has already clicked on and hasn't yet completed his reservation, it redirects him back to the timeslots saying "The selected time sis not available anymore. Please, choose another time slot." and that happens until the first person completes his reservation. People are getting annoyed by trying to click that a couple of times until they achieve. Is there any way to customize Bookly for these type of scenarios? Like, I want them to be able to click on a timeslot even when someone has clicked on it. Or a workaroud. Something that will smoothly sell 150 in total and then stop. I've already set up 150 staff members for this event but this thing kept happening for long time and people were getting annoyed.
Thank you!

Hello Fanis,
You can use the Group Booking (Add-on) for this scenario. Set the maximum service capacity to 150 and disable all staff working days except for the required one. Additionally, it’s recommended to take care of the website performance and purchase a hosting plan with sufficient resources from the provider in advance.
Thank you for your reply! My performance didn't go bad. It worked perfectly without even delaying at speed.
As for the group booking add on, if for instance 160 persons click to purchase ticket, and only 150 tickets available, what will the last 10 see (overbooks?)? And also, I should only have 1 staff member active with 150 max capacity?
Thank you for once more!
