Double Booking of Jobs
I've had quite a few double booked jobs lately. Had to ring customers to see what they done to be able to double book without realising. All have said they selected an appointment then went back a page and booked another. When completing they think they have only booked one appointment but have booked both of them. Any tips to stop this happening as its taking a loyalty of time to sort and the ones I miss and dont realise till the day I'm missing out on other customers booking the slot.
