Staff Schedule NOT displaying correctly

I have created various services and staff members and have associated certain staff members with certain services. The issue we are having is that when we edit the staff members schedule and give them specific hours of availability...the front end still displays available times that we have marked them OFF for or unavailable.
What's odd is that we have 2 staff members assigned to this particular service. 1 staff members available times are displaying correctly, while the 2nd are not. BOTH staff members are set up with the same schedule on the backend. The goal was to allow up to 2 bookings per given time slot. This is why we created 2 staff members and gave them the same schedule.
I did not expect to see a failure like this with an expensive paid plugin right out of the gate. This is a relatively simple concept so I am not sure why this is not working properly.
Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, have you been able to resolve?
