Notifications not sent when approving appointment using {approve_appointment_url}
We added an Approve / Reject link to the admin email sent when a new appointment is booked (all are set to Pending automatically). This link woks great to approve or reject the appointment, however, the notification is not sent to the customer. Am I missing a step?

I have the same problem. Whenever I try to confirm an appointment, no email is sent to the customer. Please help!I found the answer! You have to enable (and edit if needed) the notification with the double headed arrow. This is the "something changed" notification.
