Notifications not sent when approving appointment using {approve_appointment_url}

We added an Approve / Reject link to the admin email sent when a new appointment is booked (all are set to Pending automatically).  This link woks great to approve or reject the appointment, however, the notification is not sent to the customer.  Am I missing a step?

  • I have the same problem. Whenever I try to confirm an appointment, no email is sent to the customer. Please help!

  • I found the answer!  You have to enable (and edit if needed) the notification with the double headed arrow.  This is the "something changed" notification.
