Possibility to use WhatsApp for the notification of the staff members and customers about the appointments.

    Now with Whatsapp Business it’s a great solution! In alternative add the integration with Telegram.

    Please if you create a new addon with this feature, i will certainly buy it. SMS is too expensive for my activity I should pay $ 300 a month ... so I never used it

    I usually receive messages from a shop by Viber. They detect if Viber number is registered and if not so the system sends just normal SMS.

    But well if possible to connect Bookly with Zappier, Integromat and other so that would be also possible to send the notification with Facebook messenger .... Email is almost dead.

    But the choice of the services that Bookly would use to send messages should be chosen by a customer on Bookly layer and after integrated into Whatsup, Viber, Facebook Messenger (or ManyChat), etc.
