Blocking out dates for specific courses

We require certain services to take priority in the calendar.

For example a course to be available on a certain date or dates and no other course can be booked apart from that particular course.

Can this be done?

  • Hi, Ray

    Thank you for your message.

If you want a specific service to be available only on a certain date and no other services to be available on this date, please, check Bookly Special Days add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212817929-Extra-Long-Short-Days-Special-Days-add-on-

You can create a service and assign it to a staff member.

And then set up this date and hours in a staff member's special days schedule: http://prntscr.com/oykcrw and turn off all other weekdays: http://prntscr.com/oykdqz

And you should set the least possible time in the "special days" tabs of the rest of the staff members so that their services were not available for booking on this date (for example 5, 10 or 15 minutes): http://prntscr.com/oykgvg

I advise you to generate your personal demo version including all add-ons and activate Special days add-on in Plugins tab to play with the functionality. Please, enter your email in this field and click the "configure" button: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/

    Best regards,
    Julia
    Bookly team.

  • Hello, I have purchased the Bookly Service Schedule (Add-on) and Bookly Special Days (Add-on) plugins to set up multiple services at specific dates and times. I also have the same problem except that my services last longer than an hour. And if I disable the other days of the week, won't that disable the ability to book my other services on those days?

For example, a yoga workshop will be scheduled tomorrow from 10am to 5pm. I would like it if a client books a fitness class, on the same date and during those hours, no slots are available.

    What can I do?

    Thank you in advance.
