Notification Emails Showing The Wrong Time

The email notifications going out are showing the incorrect time. The appointments showing on the calendar are correct, but the time is wrong in the email. How do I fix this?

  • Hi Simon, you should check the timezone set in your WP admin panel. To avoid issues, we advise choosing a city from your time zone instead of fixed hours. Also, check the timezone of your staff member. 

    If you have active support subscription, our support team will be able to check your settings and assist.
