Hello, what happens to the booking if a staff member rejects it? Is it canceled? Or is it still open and can be re-assigned to a new staff member by the admin?
Both statuses will open a time slot for booking, however if you use 'Cancelled' status you can also choose a Cancel appointment action (Settings > Appointments.)

Yes - I'm trying to figure this out also. Difference between Cancel and REJECT? Can't find anything in documentation?
