Coupons not working?

We have installed Coupons and cannot create or save a Coupon or Coupon Series in the Coupons tab.

Also, we are unable to enter the purchase code for Coupons in the Settings/Purchase Code section.

We also operate the Deposit add-on, which maybe used to be a problem for coupons but we understand this has been fixed?
