Collaborative Services - Calendar/Time Slot Issues
I recently added the Collaborate add-on to my Bookly platform and I am having a problem with a single staff member. I have 3 staff members that need to be collaborating at the same time, but customers have the option to pick from any of the three and get the other two automatically assigned and the available time slot closed for all three. When choosing Staff 2 or Staff 3 during a booking, the calendar and time slots that are open are all available. When selecting Staff 1, however, the calendar shows no availability whatsoever rather than the available and unavailable with crossed off time slots as selecting both Staff 2 and Staff 3 do. The calendar gives the "No time is available for selected criteria” message when trying to select any dates on the calendar for Staff 1.
I have checked the settings again and again for Staff 1 against Staff 2 and Staff 3, and all the settings are identical. I also fiddled with the "slot length as service duration," disabling it. That didn't work either. I have gone through all elements of connectivity to make sure that all the trees are the same as well to no avail. Any suggestions?

hi - im having the same issue. cant work out why "No time is available for selected criteria." comes up when the staff member clearly has availability.
