Customers can't book more than one service for each slot

Can anyone help me please? I set up 3 services - when I test a booking of a session: 9am - 10am for Service 1, when I look at calendar as a new user to book a DIFFERENT SERVICE at the same time (9-10) this time slot is booked up for all 4 services in the system, when only one service has been booked. I have set up each service separately and each has its own min and max capacity.  It does not seem correct that if service 1 is booked, that no other service can be booked. This can't be right. Any help gratefully received.

  • I have the same problem as described above (with Bookly Pro, Groups and custom duration add-on). 3 services, each with a capacity of 5. If one service is booked with i.e. amount of 3 it is still possible to book 2 more of the same service but unfortunately the timeslot is booked up for all other services.  Could you help me, please?

  • What is the answer to this issue? We have the same issue. When a customer tries to book a different service at the same timeslot, the timeslot is fully booked despite the empty spots.

    Which setting is wrong? We have Cart Add-on, Bookly Pro and Group Booking add-on.

  • Hello. Please note that staff members who are already occupied cannot be available for other services simultaneously. Ensure that the customer is booking a different service assigned to another staff member.
