Customers Page

Hello,

I have entered several bookings with a new customer for each booking.


I am at the Bookly->Customers page & none of the customers are displayed.

Is this option only available with the Pro version?

I tried adding a new user from the Customers page and got the following error message:

"DataTables warning: table id=bookly-customers-list - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1"

I am unable to add a new user from the Customers page.

    Hello Leah,

    1. Please make sure you're using the latest versions of all Bookly items and check the issue again. Check for updates in the Plugins section.
    2. Check if there are no errors in the database (check it by adding &debug in the end URL of the page Bookly > Diagnostics).

    If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket here and we'll look into this matter.
