Hi,
If a customer pays by paypal and has to cancel their booking, how is their money refunded to them via bookly?

Thank you for your message.
Refund option is not available in Bookly Pro as the system doesn't store the information about clients' payment details. You will need to proceed refunds via your payment gateway account.
You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
I would like to know how refunds are processed aswell
How can we refund to the customer after cancellation.
