As mentioned, I just bought my second license and few more add-ons but some settings doesn't work out of the box!

For this site, I have installed Bookly Pro, Customer Cabinet, Packages and Custom Statuses. Here's the problem:

1. I have enabled the option for Staff to edit their profile in Bookly Settings and assigned them as WP users with Bookly Supervisor role as mentioned in your doc https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212973745-Access-to-WP-Dashboard-for-Staff but my staff cannot edit his own profile, edit his appointment, edit calendar, edit packages at all. I even tried Editor role but still not working (see here http://prntscr.com/vurc3l) Please help as this should be simple and no problem at all - how my site going to go live if staff cannot function!!! And I just tested using Bookly Administrator role as well but it also can't edit anything as mentioned! 

2. What settings / user role etc should I use if I just want specific staff can only see his own appointments (in the Calendar and Appointments Menu) and not see everyone's else. Right now (using Bookly Supervisor or Editor role) staff can see other staff appointments as well, I don't want that to happen.

3. For Packages, you mentioned customer will have to book their first date (see here http://prntscr.com/vurna7) and admin / staff will later assigned the related package to them. But I have tested several times in my site but the first date of booking doesn't show up in the Package (see here http://prntscr.com/vurwz6) Why?

4. I have enable the "Notification to customer about purchased package" and "Notification to staff member about purchased package" email notification but it didn't get send out, why? (see here http://prntscr.com/vuryul)

5. In staff info I use html <br> tag to break the staff description but the tag does not work in {staff_info} displayed in the booking form. Previously it works before I upgrade Bookly Pro to latest version
