Send email to administrator when customer cancels

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to send an email to the administrator when a user makes a cancellation.

    Yes, it's possible. You should enable Notification to staff member about cancelled appointment and make sure that Administrators are included as Recipients: https://take.ms/Ka4T9
