Hi

I have two issue, whereby I have different categories, but all categories have similar services. For instance,

1. Category: Asus, Service: Upgrading of RAM (128GB)

2. Category: Lenovo, Service: Upgrading of RAM (128GB)

How can I make it such that the service's selection will be populated based on the category's selection? Right now, if I didn't select any category, the whole bunch of services will be available.

Second issue. Using the abovementioned example:

1. Category: Asus, Service: Upgrading of RAM (128GB). Price $35

2. Category: Lenovo, Service: Upgrading of RAM (128GB). Price $44

When I tried to advance to booking details, upon choosing option 2, the "total price" displayed is $35 instead of $44. Why is this so?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    Thanks for contacting us.

    1. Currently, this functionality is not supported - the Category dropdown has a filtering function and not a validation one.
Please add these details as a new record to our suggestion board: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/
Here where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives.

    2. Regarding the second question - please check your email - we need some additional information from you.

    Regards,
    Bookly Customer Support
