Hi,
Id like to have around 10 booking forms. My website is about excursions. I want on each excursion to have a different booking form.
I'd need a number of adults and children with different pricing, departure date and time and deposit.
Is that possible to be done?
I'm new to bookly so I'm trying to figure it out now. Thank you

Bookly Pro is an ultimate online appointment scheduling and service booking solution for almost any business that sells services. It is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member's schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member's schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end booking. The Add-ons are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.
You can place multiple booking forms on different pages choosing the default values for the category and/or service, however, some core settings cannot be changed and remain the same for all the booking forms - e.g. payment methods.
The add-ons you might need are:
1. Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) that would allow you to provide an excursion for multiple customers at a time. Please note that with the Bookly Group Booking (Add-on) it is possible to allow booking of the same service at the same time with the same service provider. There is no possibility to merge several services in one group booking.
2. Bookly Deposit Payments (Add-on) that allows you to set up a minimum amount that has to be paid at the time of booking.
You can either set the excursion types as Categories and add 2 services for each category (Adults and Children), or you can set 2 categories - Adult and Children and add the excursions as services.
I recommend you check this in the sandbox mode with all the needed add-ons, for free. In order to have access to it, please access this link: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo-list/ and add your email address there and click on the “Configure” button. After that, please follow the rest of the steps that you’ll receive in your mail.

I have the same problem. Each of our services has different prices for children or adults. And they are families, that is, they book at the same time with the same employee. Nino, how did you solve the problem?
I also need to offer different prices for adults and children (for family group bookings). Did anyone find a way to make this work?
