I hope someone on this forum has a solution for me. I have already reached out to the support team, but there dev team is almost working a month on my problem, so I'm not very hopeful.
Does anyone also have problems with night bookings? When (for example) a staff member’s schedule is set to start 21:00 in the evening and finishes 8:00 in the morning the next day, the options are not being displayed. I have a look thoroughly at the staff time schedule, service schedule etc.
Strangely, if the service duration is set to 3 hours, the 21:00 time block option is being displayed. But when I set for 4 hours, there is no time block available. There seems to be a problem with services which go beyond the 00:00 time mark.
Looking forward if anyone has a solution!
