2 step process + hooks
Hello, I want to have 2 forms (let's say 2 services).
The first is free.
1) The question is: after someone submitting the form may I send web-hooks to my 3-rd party system?
The second is Paid.
The questions are:
2) Is it possible to generate a link like https://domain.com/index.php?firstname=Kol&email=domain@domain.com&id=111 , where this data will be pre-populated in the Bookly form?
PS: And please pay attention to that custom "id" parametr
3) After user pay (by PayPal), submit this for I want to the another hook to my 3rd party system, where id will be include as well
Is it possible? May be I need to pay some addons?

You can create 2 forms for the different services. That can be done while adding the form on the page: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185
So you need to choose the pre-defined value for Service field and hide it.
As for the webhooks, I'm afraid such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.
